1. Bachelor graduate in Law, Real Estate, Public Administration, Business or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years direct experience in franchise or in acquisition and management of public agency real property, sales or brokerage.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to plan, organize and implement complex projects.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations regarding franchise acquisition and
management.
- General knowledge of business related theories and practices including: economics, finance, accounting, and law project management, etc.
- Knowledge of the franchise development process and ability to deal with franchisee, lawyers, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Political Science/Public Administration and the political decision making process.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
4. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking Mandarin, and able to speak and write English.
